The residu of food production is used in old and new recipes/products. For
example the waffle ("stroopwafel) was created in 1810 by a baker in Gouda, he used all his left-over breadcrumbs and made a new crispy cook out of it. I use these ideas and recipes for catering.About: "Haags Hopje"
